    Objective Review Notes Successes and Failures

    --- NEWS AND COMMUNITY STATEMENT--(September 10, 2012) Mayor Pedro E. Segarra today released the 6-month assessment of the Livable and Sustainable Neighborhoods Initiative (LSNI). The LSNI program, a cornerstone of the Segarra Administration, was created with the express function to restore and revitalize Hartfords neighborhoods through targeted blight enforcement. Over the past several months various press outlets have reported on potentially programmatic operational and administrative issues. A copy of the report can be accessed at www.hartford.gov/LSNI. The Mayor has requested a Court of Common Council Point of Personal Privilege to present the findings and future action steps to Council members. The Mayor reserves additional comment on the report until that time. ### For Immediate Release: September 10, 2012
