MHIS Staff, it is with sincere apologies that I have to send out this correspondence to each of
you, we have had coffee/juice and danish/bagels at our last two staff meetings and I have just
been informed that the City is not paying. Understandably so under such strained economic
times. The total cost for both staff meetings is $560.00. Therefore I am asking that each of us
donate $10.00 to cover the charges and Eric Jackson will cover the rest. Again please accept my
apologies for any inconvenience this may cause each of you.
