    Crime

    On 1/22/2013 at 06:35 a.m., the victim was sitting in her vehicle in the 19900 block of Dunstable Circle in Germantown. The suspect approached her vehicle and attempted to open the driver and front passenger doors. When the suspect discovered that both doors were locked, he began yelling at the victim and fled on foot.
