1. Welcome and Introductions 2. Approval of the Agenda - Alex & Shari 3. Special Guest Craig Farano from Games2U - They have double booked themselves and will not be able to provide extra games at our Fun Fair this year. - Fraser Valley Party Rentals an option that we are looking into - Fun Fair meeting Melanie Klammer will be heading up the games

4. Reports a. School Planning Committee Has been drawn up and drafts of the document are in the works - Meeting with parents happened to go over the document

5. Parent Education Library Clean up Kristen will go through the materials located in the library to determine what is useful. Kristen to consult with Marina Scheurers before disgarding any materials. c. d. Emergency Preparedness Laura Watson is finishing up School forms School Lunch Jims Pizza was a hit - Next one is in April, then May 24 e. f. g. Fruit & Veggie Program continues to be successful Lice Checks Went well. No lice was found. DPAC A struggle to get info and access when meeting are happening - Michelle Rodgers is stepping down from attending the meetings. h. Fundraising Neufeld Farm Forms out April 12 Return by May 1st (deadline). May 22 (pick up 2-3pm) - Plant Sale Anne H. in charge May 3 (pick up day) e. Grants applications going out for more grants f. Playground Discussion around installing part of the playground this summer. We are $3500 away from being able to purchase the main component of our playground. The remainder of the playground is the climbing net and could be installed at a later date once funds have been raised. Decision yet to be made about this.
