RE: House of Secrets, 507 T Street NW, Retailer G-Temporary License, License No. 91636, Investigative Report No. 13-251-00055 Dear Ms. Baldwin: The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board has scheduled a fact finding hearing in the above referenced matter on April 17, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., at 2000 14th Street NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC 20009. The purpose of the hearing is to address an incident that occurred on March 31, 2013. You are invited to attend this hearing. All hearings and business re conducted in English. However, pursuant to the D.C. Language Access Act of 2004, if you, any corporate officer, or any testifying witnesses cannot readily understand or communicate verbal (spoken) or written English, you or your witness may contact the undersigned for a qualified translator and/or interpreter. This request must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled hearing. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, if any of the aforementioned parties are deaf or hearing impaired or blind or visually impaired, they may contact the undersigned for a qualified translator and/or interpreter.
