By email: israelch@court.gov.il RE: Your March 14, 2013 letter, in response to my letter of the same date inspection of court file, false court records, your appointment record as Chief Clerk. To the Honorable Chief Clerk Israel Hen: Your letter, referenced above, [1] cannot be deemed by a reasonable person as a valid response on my letter of the same date, [2] for the following reasons: 1. The letter, purportedly on your behalf, is not signed. 2. The writer does not indicate her personal authority. 3. My letter, referenced above, was addressed to the Chief Clerk of the Haifa Magistrate Court, but the response was by the office of the District Director, two different authorities. On the matter itself the office of the Clerk of the Court in the Family Division of the Haifa Magistrate Court denied my access to the docket in court file 1829-06-10, where Judge Ehud Rekem decided to permit my access. That was the reason for my approach to the Chief Clerk in the first place. Additionally, I again request that you provide True Copy of the Original certifications of court records, as requested in my February 24, 2013 letter. [3] The certification authority is vested with the Chief Clerk, pursuant to the Regulations of the Courts (Office of the Clerk) 2004, and not with others. Furthermore, I again ask that you provide a copy of your appointment record as Chief Clerk of the Haifa Magistrate Court. Respectfully, [signature]
