Special Guests FORD Drive One for your School Paul McManus (September 28) We have been approved by Ford to do the Drive One for Your School Fundraising event on th September 28 . This is a very exciting opportunity for our school, as we have been on the wait list for this since last year. Here are some of the details: DATE: Sept 28, 2013 LOCATION: Greendale School TIME: 9-4PM A Fundraising event, NOT a Sales event. Ford does not make any money off of this. They are solely doing this to help our school raise money for our playground. 8 Brand New Vehicles available to test drive Fully Insured by Ford one test drive per address. $20 per test drive is given to our school. 300 test drives / $6000 Max to be raised! The more structured we are the better. - average 45 test drives per hour. 50 people committed to test drive per hour. Spread it out. Volunteers needed throughout the day. 3-4 volunteers at a time to fill out paperwork for people test driving. - 8 drivers needed to bring vehicles to and from Ford 8am Looking at combining it with another school event ie.) Welcome back BBQ? Test drive will only take 10-15 minutes of a persons time. Challenge to get people to come out! Invite friends and family. The more the merrier. This could be big for our school. The easiest fundraiser we will ever do! The more organized we are the better. Ford provides promotional kit, Tent, paperwork and Ford Rep Advertise now! FB, Twitter, Website

(This figure was miscalculated before, and thought it was $3500). - Decision needing to be made. If we do raise the $7000 before the end of this school year, do we go ahead and purchase the main component, to be installed this summer. Concern that we might loose the momentum for raising the remainder of the funds for the climbing net if we go ahead with the purchase of the main component. Many of the students are very excited about the climbing net. - Still accepting Charitable donations d. Auction Looking at hosting this event in the Fall for a Fundraising Event

e. Policies and Procedures define what PAC raises funds for f. Grants Continuing to apply for as many grants as we can
