WithoutderogatingfromthepowersofasoldierundertheOrderRegarding SecurityProvisions,everysoldierisauthorizedtousethedegreeofforce necessarytocarryoutacommandgivenunderthisOrderortoprevent violationofthisOrder. A.Apersonwhoorganizesaprocession,assemblyorvigilwithouta permit,callsfororinstigatestheirbeingheldorencouragesthemor participatesintheminanyway;or B.ApersonwhoviolatestheprovisionsofthisOrderoranyordergiven pursuanttoitordoesanactthatisdeclaredanoffenseunderthisOrder shallbeliableforimprisonmentfortenyearsorafineoftenthousandliras, orboth.
