1. Undo the screws in the wheel housing, 2 on each side.

2. Open the boot lid.

4. Fold away the luggage compartment carpet and remove the seals. The old seals
must be discarded and replaced by new ones.

5. Remove the nuts holding the bumper.

6. Together with an assistant, pull out the bumper from the clips and lift the bumper
out backwards.

Note
For cars equipped with Saab Parking Assistance
(SPA):
• Unplug the connectors.

Important

Be careful to avoid damaging the paintwork.

• Attach the connectors.

1. Place the bumper in position and press it over the edge of the wheel housing and the
rear wing. Make sure that the clips sit correctly.

2. Put the nuts in place.

3.

Position the bumper correctly and tighten the screws in the edge of the wheel
housing.

5. Fit new seals and fold down the luggage compartment carpet.

6. Fit the scuff plate.

7. Fit the luggage compartment carpet.

8. Close the boot lid and check the bumper fit.
