We encourage everyone to take a good look and register for all of the classes they like. All classes are limited in space and are available on a first come - first serve basis. FARSI FOR BEGINNERS

In this class you learn the basics which include daily conversation for different situations, numbers and counting, days of the week and seasons. By focusing mostly on conversation and verbal language abilities, this course provides a fun and easy learning environment for students. Reading and writing is not a priority in this class. In order to define the Farsi words, English letters would be used, therefore there is no need for Farsi writing skills. THE NEW MUSLIMS OF MASHAD

ITALIAN 101

On March 27th 1839, a Muslim mob murdered between 30 to 40 men of the Jewish community in Mashad, Iran. The Jewish community put an end to this massacre by reciting the Islamic testimony of conversion, the Shahada. For about one century following the Allahdad, the Jews of Mashad lived with a double identity, a Muslim community on the outside and a Jewish community on the inside. We will learn how our ancestors were able to maintain their Jewish identities despite the strict enforcement of their conversion in a three-part course. LEARN IT UP
Learn It Up is a Torah learning program that does not discriminate against age or religious level. Whether you are a beginner or a veteran of Judaic studies, a student, a worker, or a parentall are welcome to join! Come and learn topics such as: Jewish History, Philosophy, Spirituality, Ethics and character refinement, weekly in-depth Parsha, Halacha, Talmud, and more! NACH SHIUR
The Nach Shiur has been engaged in the study of the prophetic scriptures for the last 4 years. We have used traditional and non-traditional methods in our studies, quoted from Abarbanel to Aristotle and from Radak to Raiders of the Lost Ark. The group is united by the one goal of understanding the depths of the prophets, sensitizing ourselves to the nuances of scripture and embracing the majesty of the Jewish Tradition.
