    1 C. shortening 1 C. brown sugar 1 C. granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 C. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 2 C. rolled oats 1 pkg. butterscotch chips

    DIRECTIONS:
    Preheat oven to 350 Cream shortening, sugars, eggs & vanilla. Add flour, soda, baking powder & salt. Add oats & chips. Drop on greased cookiesheet. Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes.
