Original Yumm Sauce

Original Yumm Bowl

As made by Café Yumm,


Eugene/PDX

½ c canola oil
½ slivered almonds
1/3 c nutritional yeast*
½ c cooked garbanzo beans
¼ c cooked soybeans** Mix warm Brown Rice with Yumm
½ c water Sauce
½ c lemon juice
2-3 garlic cloves
Top with Black Beans
½ tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder Black Olives
½ tsp dried basil Salsa or diced Tomato
1/8 tsp ascorbic acid*** Avacado slices
Dashes of Paprika Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Finish with fresh Cilantro.
Combine oil, almonds, beans, and
garlic in food processor and blend. Add
remaining ingredients and puree until
smooth. Dash in Paprika, mix again. The Yumm Sauce can be served in
a variety of ways. The Rice Bowl
