Stewardship Spotlight
STEWARDSHIP AND OUR CAPACITY FOR GREATNESS
You are the salt of the earth and the light of the world - We stand before God not only as recipients of his benevolence or mere creatures living with animals, fishes and trees. We are the masterpiece of His creation, given the great responsibility to subdue the earth, made partners in His creative and redemptive works and sharers in his eternal kingdom. We are destined for glory and God believes in our capacity for greatness. You are the salt of the earth and the light of the world - How many people have expressed appreciation to you because you have been good to them? How many lives have you enriched by your love and presence? You share the Light of Christ and reflect His light to the world. God believes in your goodness because He Himself created you good. Because you are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, be a Good Steward of what God has given you. Prove to Him that you are worthy of His trust and deserving of His blessing. Be an agent and carrier of His goodness. Your life and all you have find their meaning and value when you share them with others in love. Let your light shine before others, they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.
