Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is a locally registered NGO first established in 1994. It is the largest indigenous provider of disability rehabilitation services in the country. CCBRT aims to improve the quality of life of people living with disabilities as well as their families and to enable them to achieve their legitimate potential.

Duties to Include:
Ensuring that day to- day operating requirements for assigned alliances are effectively managed and performance objectives are achieved. This entails a number of activities, including: developing and maintaining relationships with all individuals involved in the alliances; planning and coordinating implementation activities with the partner; and resolving related issues. Assist the Director of Alliances to ensure that the full potential of the Public Private Partnership with the Government of Tanzania is reached Contribute to the development of tools, process, and strategies employed by the alliances management group to ensure effective coordination across the portfolio of Alliances Assist the Director of Alliances to ensure that CCBRT meets necessary regulatory and legal compliance

Work Experience / Skills:

Atleast 5 years work experience ( E ) Knowledge of disability and health managements system ( P ) Experience in building Alliances and partnerships, particularly with Government Institutions ( E ) Knowledge of computer ( E ) Excellent Communication skills ( E ) Good interpersonal skills (E )

Qualifications:
Degree Holder in either Public or Business Administration , Health management or Human Resources Managements ( E)
