JUDGMENT ON ATTORNEY FEES,
COSTS, AND NON-TAXABLE EXPENSES
This matter is before the Court upon the Motion of Plaintiffs for Entry of J udgment
on Attorney Fees, Costs, and Non-Taxable Expenses [Doc. 124]. Having determined by
separate order entered on April 25, 2014 [Doc. 123] that Plaintiffs are prevailing parties and
consistent with the J udgment entered in this matter on August 15, 2013 [Doc. 86] and costs
taxed by the Clerk on February 6, 2014 [Doc. 119], the Court grants Plaintiffs Motion.
The Court hereby enters judgment for attorney fees and non-taxable expenses in favor
of plaintiffs, MUNEER AWAD, ADAM SOLTANI, IMAD ENCHASSI, DOUGLAS
MOCK, and PATRICIA SCHWAGMEYER, and against defendants, PAUL ZIRIAX,
Secretary; STEVE CURRY, Chairman; TOM MONTGOMERY, DIANE SPURLOCK, as
members of the Oklahoma State Election Board, in the total amount of $303,333.39 and

taxable costs in the amount of $664.67.
