BILATERAL ECONOMIC AND TRADE RELATIONS

Greece would be ready to participate at the 10th session of the Greek-Albanian Joint Ministerial Committee in
Tirana, at a date that could be agreed upon between the Co-Chairmen.

Hellenic Plan for the Economic Reconstruction of the Balkans (HiPERB) - .....

Greece has, since December 2011, disbursed at least 80% of its contribution to the HiPERB project Upgrading of the
Sagiada- Konispol-Agioi Saranda road axis. The remaining amount is to be disbursed after the physical completion of
the project. However, the construction activities are still suspended, jeopardizing the whole project, until the Albanian
Government secures the necessary funds for their continuation. In this respect, your intervention would be highly
appreciated so that the project is completed with no further delays.
