    AP1-C

    General Check-up
    Objectives:
    • To be able to have a record of health assessment of each student
    • To have the students’ health monitored if they are found to be sick.

    Rationale:
    We experienced in the past that some students who dropped from the project, left
    because of health reasons. The students’ health should also be taken into consideration
    when it comes to education because it is one of the factors that contribute to the project’s
    success to each student.

    Details:
     The project is proposed to be held at the OSA Conference Room, on September
    27, 2008, from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
     The target organization for this activity is Phi Sigma Gamma from the Faculty of
    Medicine and Surgery.
     This activity is to be held at the same day with the Health Awareness Seminar
    from the Red Cross Youth Council.
