Role: SAP SR MM Consultant.
Description: Local implementation for Logistics and Finance areas, including three plants. The
Logistics modules included: SD, MM, WM and PP. Design business process for procurement.
MM Lead consultant working for the Mexico Roll-out in the Sapata Project, Integrating a pre-designed
solution for the SCM (working components of the modules of SD, PP, MM, WM, FI and CO), leading the
training, process re-alignment and core solution customizing that matched the Mexican local needs,
developing new business processes and training, defining data migration programs (LSMW´s) to load
Mexico's and US legacy systems data into SAP relating to the MM, PP, WM, SD modules, also working as
the leader in the procurement and inventory solutions between Mexico and GITM teams. Integrated points
• Following FDA regulatory, including SOPs, cGxP, Change Control and 21 CFR Part 11 to
implement business process.

business units. This design covered the Planning to Produce and Procurement to Pay (P2P), Plan to
Manage (P2M), Innovate to Sales (I2S), Order to Cash (O2C) mega-processes, including FI, CO, SD,
MM, PP-PI, WM, QM, PM, APO and CRM SAP modules.
• Based on the global template and best practices for manufacturing, implemented the
Production Planning module, including Sales and Operation Planning (SOP), Master Production
Scheduling (MPS), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Long Term Planning (LTP), Shop
Floor Execution including PI-sheets.
• Working within centralized split architecture environment through the messaging technology.
