    I enclose a copy of the home page of the "DePuy ASR Hip Replacement Failure
    Law Firm Alliance," of which your firm is one of two members. This website references a
    "silent recall" of the ASR Hip Cup. That statement is false, as are any others referencing any
    recall. There has been no such recall.

    Accordingly, the website should be changed immediately to remove these or any


    similar statements. Please confirm to me by the close of business on April 9, 2010, that your
    firm has removed these statements and will refrain from making them in any other context.
