pictures and storylines all are white,
except Eastenders. These give more
information about the storyline, but
not enough to give it away
completely. It is kept simple with
little information and not too much
detail.
Throughout the cover, pictures are a
mixture of screenshots, Eastenders
and Coronation Street, and some are
professional photos. The pictures
that are from the soap themselves
show realism. People may find it
easier to relate to a real picture
perhaps to evoke empathy whereas
the professional photos don’t evoke
the same feeling or emotion that
you are involved within the
storyline, and the characters.
Furthermore, this is good as it
doesn’t bore the reader looking at
the same thing.
