Man Injured in Sterling Park Burglary

A couple in Sterling Park was robbed early Tuesday morning at their apartment on the 22300
block of Enterprise Street. Police received a call at 3:15 a.m. from one of the victims.

The couple was robbed by two men armed with knives. One of the victims received two knife
wounds in his leg and declined going to the hospital.

One suspect was described as a black male of medium build around 5’9”, with a mustache. He
was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a ski mask. The second suspect was
described as a white male of “hefty” build around 5’9” and was wearing all dark clothing and a
ski mask.

The robbers took jewelry and a small amount of cash from the victims.

This incident is still under investigation.
