Great citizens of the Russian Federation,

I address you today in regards to the great struggles you have persevered in the previous
weeks. The devastation and destruction our magnificent capital has faced is shadowed by the
failings of the federal government in the management and resettlement of the nearly 10 million
refugees of Moscow. The current situation in which millions are housed in crude refugee camps
is a failing not only to the office of the President of the Russian Federation but a greater failing
of the capitalist system which our federal government has embraced with outstretched
pockets. We must no longer stand for the sidelining of the Russian people in favor of
corporations and profit. The time has come to restore Russia to the great socialist republic it
once was. It is our time to forge the path of the world, to place the needs and the dignity of the
working people above all.

It is clear that President Podkopayeva is incapable of protecting the great Russian workers or
forging a new future of international socialist utopianism. It is for this reason that I am using my
powers under martial law to depose our disgraced president so that the foundations of a
magnificent socialist empire may be laid.

Following Podkopayeva’s removal an interim government supervised by my authority and

comprised of a military committee will be established as local soviet governments are formed
and select representatives to what will become a new international socialist federal
government.

The success and failings of the 1917 revolution have been weighed and the failure to start a
worldwide socialist movement is not a mistake we will make again. We must join in solidarity
with our socialist neighbors to topple the capitalist tyrannies of the west which grip the world in
their coin purses. This struggle will not come without resistance, but an unwavering spirit of
patriotism and pride in the accomplishments of our comrades will ensure that our socialist
ideals sweep our continent.

Great citizens, rise up! Break free from your capitalist oppression and join the new socialist
revolution!
