Suspected burglars hit Round Hill neighborhood

Monday, Apr. 18 by Laura Peters | 9 comments | Email this story

Weather wasn’t the only thing hitting Loudoun County hard this weekend. Authorities say
burglars hit a series of homes in Round Hill.

The break-ins started on April 16, when at 6 a.m. a resident in the 35700 block of Park Heights
Circle reported hearing noise in their home.

The resident discovered two men entering the house through the rear sliding glass door.
Authorities said the men fled when they saw the homeowner. The suspects were described as
being in their late teens to early 20s and around 5-foot-10-inches to 6 feet tall.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office then received three more reports of burglaries that
happened in the early hours of April 16. The second home, in the 35800 block of Park Heights
Circle, was broken into and a wallet and electronics were taken.

The residents of a third house in the 35700 block of Park Heights Circle reported that items from
a purse and wallet inside their home were missing. Residents of the last home, in the 35800
block of Park Heights Circle, reported money missing from their wallet and a GPS device
removed from a vehicle on the property.

An additional burglary was reported on April 17 in the 17200 block of Magic Mountain Drive in
Round Hill. Unknown subjects or a subject entered the home and removed electronics,
authorities said. Most Popular in News

Hey West Ender that’s a bad idea. Castle Doctrine has routinely been defeated in Join Our

According to state law you have to run away first. LOL. Progressives here are
adorable. They should rename a drop-gun the “Saslaw Special.”
