March 2011 showed a large drop in unit sales volume versus 2010, with sales for the month down by
one-third versus last year. Pricing also fell considerably, erasing Jan-Feb gains. Average Listing and
Sales prices were down in March by almost 20% versus 2010, but year-to-date the Stamford market
