NARRATIVE
THE COMPLAINANT WAS WALKING NORTHBOUND ON WOODMONT WHEN THREE UNKNOWN
SUSPECTS APPROACHED HIM FROM BEHIND. A STRUGGLE ENSUED AND AT LEAST ONE OF THE
SUSPECTS PRODUCED A HANDGUN AND SHOT THE COMPLAINANT MULTIPLE TIMES. THE
COMPLAINANT WAS TRANSPORTED TO BAYLOR HOSPITAL WHERE HE DIED AS A RESULT OF HIS
INJURIES. THE COMPLAINANT WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT 2:38 AM BY DR. YELVERTON. END OF
ELEMENTS
