BETWEEN LISTED DATES AND TIMES, AN UNK SUSP DISCHARGED A FIREARM INTO THE FRONT
EXTERIOR OF COMP'S RESIDENCE CAUSING DAMAGE TO COMP'S GUTTERING AND BRICK.
COMP'S RESIDENCE WAS OCCUPIED WHEN SUSP DISCHARGED THE FIREARM, HOWEVER COMP
DID NOT HEAR THE GUNSHOT. NONE OF THE OCCUPANTS OF COMP'S RESIDENCE WERE
INJURED AS THE BULLET DID NOT PENETRATE BEYOND THE EXTERIOR BRICK OF RESIDENCE.
THE BULLET FRAGMENT APPEARED TO BE EITHER A .40 OR .45 CALIBER PISTOL CARTRIDGE.
R/O BOOKED THE BULLET FRAGMENT INTO EVIDENCE AT BAYLOR ST. PROPERTY ROOM ON
