EXPLANATION ABOUT ACID GRAPH.

From the graph we can say that the temperature can increase the acidity of the vinegar. At the beginning the pH level is 4.621 and it constant until the temperature 46.080C. The pH level change from 4.621 to 4.619 when temperature at 47.080C. When temperature at 109.5670C the pH level start to constant back at value 4.56.

Base

EXPLANATION FOR BASE GRAPH

The pH value constant at 0 to 48.7860C At temperature 51.3450C The pH value start to decline from 9.973 to 9.890 Temperature can effect the value of pH, but only in small quantities. because it depend on the value of temperature. the pH value start to constant when temperature from 100.550C to 101.3360C. So we can conclude the pH level toward the neutral.

Neutral

EXPLANATION FOR NEUTRAL GRAPH

At the beginning, the pH values are constant. The value of the pH is 7.019 and it temperature is 22.060C. The pH start changes from 7.019 to 7.018 at temperature 30.010C. pH start to constant when temperature 98.890C to 1000C. The pH value is 6.98. So, we can conclude that temperature can change the value of pH. But only in small changes. The pure water pH is neutral but when we heated it. the pH level is toward to acidic.(less acidic=6.98).

Hot water provided the high temperature, so it can reduce the bitter tastes of the ''peria''. The Peria exhibit as alkali. When the higher temperature react with alkali. it can reduce their pH (alkali = bitter taste).
