Reporter complained of not receiving a receipt for items donated to location. Receipt was made out but reporter did not arrive to retrieve it. Reporter advised of possible intruder. Search of residence was conducted and found all to be in order. Female observed at location. Upon approach female stated she was waiting for a friend. Female was advised to vacate the premises and complied without incident. Male advised of an ongoing noise issue with a neighboring tenant that is not getting resolved. Building management notified and an investigation is ongoing. Passenger complained bus did not pull ramp down for wheelchair access. Passenger was advised bus did not have a working ramp and another bus followed to pick up passenger. Burning grill left unattended at location. R/O extinguished the coals and tenant came on scene. Tenant was advised use of grills are prohibited. Tenant complied. Report of unknown male subject loitering in the hallway asking people for money. Search of area yielded negative results. Female victim advised an unknown male was asking her for money. Victim refused to provide any additional information. Search for subject yielded negative results. Female victim advised while walking under the bridge a glass bottle fell and almost struck her. No injuries to report. Female subject observed placing item in her coat without paying. Search of subject yielded negative results. Subject was escorted from the store. Male victim advised he purchased a vehicle with three other individuals. He has not been able to ascertain where the vehicle is. Victim advised to contact NYPD. Reporter advised unknown individual placing flyers on all tenants doors with regard to a possible litigation matter. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Building management notified. Female victim advised a male borrowed money from her and gave her a false address to which he resided to pay her back the next day. Male described as subject involved in a past incident to which he was previously arrested. Incident to be investigated. Female victim advised unknown person kicking her door. NYPD on scene. Visible signs of footprints on door. Search of area for subject yielded negative results.

ARREST Report of male trespassing at location. Upon escorting male from building male became disorderly and threatening towards Officers. Male subject was taken into custody and issued a summons. Subject #2 was apprehended at residence. Store clerk advised she did not want to press charges. While in custody subject #1 became disorderly. Subject #1 was issued a summons and released.

ARREST Three male subjects observed with open containers. All subjects were under drinking age and taken into custody. Parents were notified, summonses issued and subjects released to the custody of their parents. ARREST Underage male observed at location with an open container. Subject was taken into custody, issued summons and released. Taxi cab driver advised male left cab without paying. Search for subject yielded negative results. ARREST Two subjects found in possession of illegal substance. Subjects taken into custody and transported to 114 Pct. For arrest processing. Upon investigation driver could not produce a valid license. NYPD confirmed driver was licensed. Driver was issued summons and vehicle owner came in to retrieve vehicle. ARREST Male subject observed in possession of illegal substance. Subject taken into custody. Upon search subject possessed a straight razor blade. Upon investigation subject had an open warrant for his arrest. Subject taken to 114 Pct for arrest processing. ARREST Motorist issued summons for failure to comply as his vehicle was parked in the breezeway and refused to move vehicle. Motorist was assisted in finding an appropriate parking spot and left without further incident. Unknown motorist lifted up the arm of the gate at location and left without paying. Unable to determine identity of motorist or vehicle. Arm to gate sustained damages. Service contacted to correct the condition. Two males parked at location unlawfully. Upon investigation motorist did not have a valid license to produce. Upon NYPD check motorist did possess a valid license. Both subjects were released without further incident. ARREST Two victims advised they were defrauded by male subject for money. Subject was positively identified and taken into custody. Subject confessed and was processed at Manhattan Central Booking for arrest processing. ARREST Male and female subjects observed at location unlawfully. Subjects taken into custody. Upon search of subjects, male subject was in possession of illegal substance with the intent to sell. Both subjects transported to the 114 Precinct for arrest processing.
