Motorist was assisted in finding an appropriate parking spot and left without further incident. Unknown motorist lifted up the arm of the gate at location and left without paying. Upon investigation motorist did not have a valid license to produce. Upon NYPD check motorist did possess a valid license. Both subjects were released without further incident.
