Dispute between Motorist and pedestrian. Both parties were spoken to and determined there was a miscommunication. All in order. Dispute between passenger and bus driver as passenger refused to pay for adult daughter. Statements were taken by both parties. Dispute over payment at location. Driver stated owner of vehicle asked him to remove the vehicle from the location. Money is owed and the vehicle is to stay at the location until payment is made. Male and female involved in a dispute. Both parties refused NYPD and went their separate ways. Dispute between cab driver and two male passengers over fare. Fare was paid and all parties went their separate ways. Dispute between female passenger and Tram Employee with regard to payment of fare. Passenger became irate that she was asked if she swiped her card. Fare was paid and all in order.

Female victim reported female subject entered location and began yelling at the employees. Subject is not a senior citizen. Subject was advised by employees to leave the location. Subject became belligerent and left. Incident has happened before in the past. Victim advised to contact PSD or NYPD immediately. Female victim advised female subject began using profanity towards her and threw hot coffee at her. Victim refused NYPD and EMS. Subject was apprehended and taken into custody. NYPD and EMS on scene but would not transport. Motorist and parking employee involved in a dispute. Motorist photographed employee without his permission. Both parties agreed to go their separate ways.

Tenant was advised to keep the noise down and complied. Reporter advised of loud screaming coming from location. R/O spoke to tenant at location and advised to keep the noise down. Tenant complied. Reporter complained of noise from tenant above. Tenant just moved in and was hanging curtains. Tenant advised she will stop for the evening. All in order. Reporter advised of noise at all times of the night. Matter referred to management.

Male victim reported he was harassed by a male subject coming out of the elevator of location. Subject bumped into victim and began yelling and threatening victim bodily harm. Victim advised to contact PSD immediately if contact is made again. Victim advised male subject is harassing and threatening his life. Victim states this is not the first occurrence. Victim refused NYPD at this time. Concierge of location advised an unknown male tried to gain access to the AVAC room. Male appeared to be intoxicated. Search of area yielded negative results. Female victim advised of male harassing, messaging and following her on several occasions. Victim was advised to contact PSD or NYPD immediately if subject contacts her again.

Two youths observed fighting at location. Youths were taken to PSD and released to the custody of their parents. NYPD on scene and EMS contacted. Youths parent refused EMS and transported youth to the hospital on their own. ARREST Male subject left dogs unattended in vehicle. Upon arrival subject was questioned and became disorderly failing to follow lawful order. Subject taken into custody, issued summons and released. ARREST Two male youths observed at location unlawfully. Upon lawful order youths became disorderly and resisted arrest. Youths brought into PSD. Youth reports filed and youths released to the custody of parent. ARREST Two males acting disorderly, threatening bodily harm to employees at location. Upon arrival subjects were apprehended and taken into custody. Both subjects were issued summonses and released. Male subject became disorderly in front of location. Mother on scene stating son has a medical condition. Male released to the custody of his mother. Two youths observed in the hallway playing ball. Mother was advised to keep youths out of the hallway.

Dispute between male and female. Victim refused to give information upon questioning and walked away. NYPD on scene. No apparent injuries. Male subject was released. Female victim later on gave a statement showing injuries. NYPD on scene for report. Dispute between father and adult daughter. Daughter is the leaseholder and requested her father be removed as he was intoxicated. Father complied. Dispute between Mother and youth Son. All in order. Male and female involved in a dispute. Both parties resolved their issue. All in order.

ARREST Female victim advised she found cameras inside of her bathroom. Her roommate (male subject) placed the cameras there. Subject taken into custody and transported to the 114 Precinct for arrest processing. ARREST Two males observed in vehicle at location unlawfully. Smell of marijuana present. Subject #1 produced a marijuana cigarette. Upon lawful search a clear plastic bag of marijuana was found by Subject #2. Subjects taken into custody, issued summonses and released. Motorist observed failing to stop at stop sign. Upon investigation driver has a learners permit but could not produce any identification. Motorist taken into custody while his father (passenger at time) obtained the learners permit. Motorist issued summons for offense and released. ARREST Five subjects observed at location with open containers. Subjects were taken into custody, issued summonses and released. Reporter advised customers left without paying their bill. Customers were apprehended and taken in for questioning. Upon investigation there was a miscommunication. Customer went back to pay the bill and no charges were pressed. ARREST Male subject observed making illegal u-turn. Upon car stop smell of marijuana present. Upon lawful search found zip lock bag of marijuana. Subject taken into custody, issued summons for traffic violation as well as criminal court summons and released. ARREST Two male subjects observed with open containers. Subjects issued summonses and released. Victim advised passenger did not have money to pay the fare and went into residence to get money to pay the fare but never returned. R/O arrived on scene, went to residence and fare was paid in full. Victim did not want to press charges. Motorist observed parked at location unlawfully. Upon investigation motorist held only a learners permit and the insurance card on the vehicle was expired. Motorist taken into custody and issued summonses for listed offenses. A licensed driver arrived on scene to obtain the vehicle. Subject was released. Taxi cab driver advised passenger did not pay the full fare. Passenger was escorted down and paid the appropriate fare.
