The following criminal complaints and documents are contained herein and are delivered to Mr. Richard Roundtree the Sheriff of Richmond County, Georgia.

Mr. (redacted), I have reviewed your other E-mail(s). Based on what I have read so far, I dont believe that there is any criminal intent on the part of Dr. Cartie and other Joseph Still Burn Center employees. It appears that the Center used proper legal process to affect these actions. I will forward this E-mail, other E-mails as I receive them to Major Peebles of the Criminal Investigative Division for whatever action he deems necessary. You have not even seen the evidence and the Sheriff has thus far refused to contact me regarding this matter. I have provided more than enough evidence to warrant an investigation via USPS mail. Your personal refusal to investigate this matter is noted. Mr. Roundtree needs to contact me by 5PM today.

You may acquire them there. It is profoundly concerning that Sheriff Roundtree has to this date failed to respond to me after so many attempts to confirm the receipt of these affidavits when they have been delivered and signed for. There is developing the appearance that Sheriff Roundtree is intentionally avoiding this case and affirmed criminal complaints. Why would this be? As a deputy sheriff you well understand the 4th amendment constitutional constraints put upon you within your official capacity. You know that you dare not seize a human being without the subject's consent, probable cause, exigent circumstance, or a warrant(supported by oath or affirmation). An arrest warrant is a writ issued by a court. In fact, an arrest warrant is a court order made lawful only when issued according to the fourth amendment requirements. In our case, Dr. Richard Cartie set into motion a legal process based upon demonstrably false pretense / witness. Said legal process involved a court order signed by Judge Lisa Coogle Rambo. That court order failed in every way to be in obedience to the fourth amendment. As a result, the court order was unlawful. Therefore, the seizure of (redacted) was unlawful and all the parties involved were thus party to the unlawful acts described within the affidavits heretofore provided to Sheriff Roundtree. I should stress also that no statute within the O.C.GA trumps the fourth amendment. Any code section violative of the fourth amendment is void. Again, Sheriff Roundtree is to contact me by 5PM today which is Monday August 19th, 2013. Lastly, would you be so kind as to provide me with your oath of office Mr. Clayton? This would be a formal open records request. A scanned copy emailed to me would be most appreciated and helpful. You should also understand that I do not authorize you, a public servant, to allow an attorney to speak for you in this matter. Respectfully,

Mr. Clayton, Please be advised that given the information you have provided me regarding Major Peebles I do not recognize his authority. Is Major Peebles a public officer, a trustee, and servant of "We the People"? If Major Peebles is not a public officer then I do not recognize his authority to be involved in this case.
