The institutes are required to submit the revised list of non – reportee and admission cancellation details in soft & hard copy on or before day of the counseling for vacant seats scheduled at the institute. Institutes should not retain any original documents of candidates. However they may verify the original documents and take the photocopies of the documents. 4. The admission process to first semester for the academic year 2010-11 is declared closed on 14th september, 2010. The details of state quota vacant seats at various institutes after completion of admission process by the Committee are displayed on the website www.gtu.ac.in. (Dated 15/09/2010) The Education Department, Gujarat State vide Notification No.GH/SH/31/PVS/102009/EM.52/S (MBA) dated: 30.08.2010 and No.GH/SH/32/PVS/102009/EM.52/S (MCA) dated: 30.08.2010, (copy available on website www.gtu.ac.in) granted permission to the respective institutions to fill up the state quota vacant seats by strictly following rules and following guidelines: 1. First priority should be given to candidates, who have not confirmed their admission on Round III, but willing to join the institute for the same admission provided the name of such candidate is included in the list provided by the ACPC MBA/MCA. 2. Second priority should be given to a candidate who joined his institute on allotment of seats during any Round, without confirming his admission at Help Centre. If any candidate wishes to cancel his admission under state quota, the institute shall cancel his admission and that seat can be filled up by the institute as per the prevailing rules and above guidelines. The above process shall have to be completed by 25th September 2010 and the institute has to submit the admitted list of candidates for endorsement by the ACPC with the following documents: 1. Copy of Advertisement published in news papers with the bill of Advertisement 2. Applications of candidates issued and received at institute with its register 3. Inter-se merit list (SOFT AND HARD COPY ) 4. Copy of attendance register 5. Proof of cancellation of admission at institute level along with cancellation applications of the candidates 6. Admitted list of students, with User ID & Merit Rank , against vacant list ( SOFT AND HARD COPY) 7. Fee receipts Member
