Notice of Drainage Board Meeting

(In accordance with P.A. 40, of 1956 as amended)

MILK RIVER INTERCOUNTY DRAIN

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Milk River Drainage Board that was previously noticed to be
held at 10:00 A.M on March 19, 2020 at the St. Clair Shores City Hall, 27600 Jefferson, St. Clair
Shores, Michigan will be held at the same time and date by teleconferencing only for board
members, consultants, staff and any interested public. The telephone number is Toll Free: (888)
236-9224 and when prompted enter Guest Room Number: 346080. Public comment will be
allowed.

This change is in accordance with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Department of Health
and Human Services’ recommendations designed to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus Disease
2019 (COVID-19) and in conformance with Executive Directive No. 2020-2.

Information regarding this meeting may be obtained from your county Drain/Public Works
Commissioner/DWP Director/City Manager. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for
effective participation in the meeting should contact the Drain/Public Works Commissioner/DWP
Director/City Mayor in which they reside at the numbers noted below at least 24 hours in advance of the
meeting to request visual, hearing, or other assistance.
