A well written, beautifully narrated romance in which twin shenanigans, and cutthroat academia mix it up leading to major changes.

I LOVED this book!!! I listened to the audiobook. Great narrator. Exceptional author! Reading the blurb about the story, I wasn’t really that drawn to read ( listen) to it. So glad that I did. Really great story. Characters are well developed. It’s a must read. I will be reading this again. Now one of my top fave books!!

Quinn Ivins's previous book, "Worthy of Love," made into an audiobook, first introduced me to Anastasia Watley's delightful narration. Her voice is incredibly soothing yet never lacks vibrancy. With "Something's Different," she once again enhances Quinn's already thorough and insightful narrative. Watley's narration made it even easier for me to connect with Caitlyn and Ruth (and even with Chloe, Caitlyn's twin sister) on a deeper level.

As for the book itself, "Something's Different" is a smart, compelling romance set in academia.

It gives an ample glimpse into the academic life without compromising the twin-switch and the romance storylines of the story. One does not have to be an academic to fully enjoy it, though. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and highly recommend a read! ?

Such a fun book with a farfetched premise that the author really made work
I loved this book! I didn't read it but listened to the audiobook narrated by Anastasia Watley. She injected so much feeling and humor into the book. She brought the characters to life. I caught a few narration errors and a few author errors, but they were minimal. I thought the premise was fun and very well done. I admit I didn't really get a twin vibe from the sisters and there wasn't the intensity I was expecting, but it still was a very good story that kept me interested. The whole situation is problematic on several levels, but the author did a really good job making it all work. I really liked the insight into the life of a college president and the research angle. I really liked all the characters and how they interacted.
