1. Ensure progress of work as per approved project schedule. 2. Visualize activity ahead, its effect on preceding and succeeding work and discussing with the Steam Turbine Generator contractor to mobilize resources as planned. 3. Review the drawings and report any anonymous with in specified days. 4. Contributing to development of strategy, procedure and operation of technical testing programs of commissioning activities of Boiler Turbine Generator and its Auxiliaries. 5. Development of protocols, raising Defect notification during erection, commissioning and operation activities of BTG and B.OP packages. 6. Monitoring of, and responding to, issues and reporting the higher authority a t the project level. 7. Check and certify R A bills with proper supporting documents like protocols, Test Certificates, etc 8. During course of execution identify deviation in contracts in terms of time, QAP. Scope and report to next higher ups. 9. Reporting to the Project Steering authority, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred on weekly/monthly basis for all mechanical packages as per approved formats. 10. Resolving cross-functional issues a t project level by Interdepartmental coordination. 11. Drafting sketches, diagrams, isometrics and graphs on daily basis to know instantaneous status of individual packages of BTG& Auxiliaries and take appropriate risk response plans are made by discussing with contractors and OEM's.
