We wish to inform you that the office of the Honorable Congressman Arnulfo F.Go, has coordinated with our office for the development of potential Hydro Electric Power Project in the Municipality of Bagumbayan. As discussed during our meeting in your office with MPDO Ariston A. Panaligan, Exec. Asst. Ismael Magsipoc and Mr. Danny Falcis, the representative of Congressman Go, there are potential hydro sites in Barangay Kabulanan and nearby areas. Relative thereto, may we therefore request for your kind support on the following: 1. Sanguniang Bayan (SB) Resolution Interposing No Objection for the hydropower projects; 2. Resolution/Certification allowing us to conduct pre-development, development, and operations and maintenance activities on hydropower potentials within the Municipality of Bagumbayan and; 3. Assistance in securing permits, clearances and other necessary legal documents that may be required of us. We are prepared to present ourselves in a forum that you may require of us to further expound the abovementioned project and other issues you may find necessary.
