Majalco Finance and Investments, Inc. was acquired by Unicapital, Inc. when the latter was formed under the joint venture of mother company MAJALCO, Inc. and GMA Network, Inc. in 1994. MFII has remained an active finance company to date since it was established in 1976. Majalco Finance and Investments, Inc. is one of the two companies under Unicapital, Inc. Its stock brokerage affiliate, the Unicapital Securities, Inc. shares the MFII's standing under the Unicapital Group.
