    ALTERNATIVE SUGGESTIONS
    The company should have trade union of its own. Make the employees aware about the benefits given by the TTC in proper way. The customers (passengers) were price sensitive so the company can company can try to reduce the bus fare. The company can start business in some other state without closing this business with the trade union of its own without any political interference to avoid problem in future.

    SOLUTION
    The company should have trade union of its own. So that they can take their own decisions INDEPENDENTELY.
