Teacher i/c : Remarks By Teacher: Cub Scouts are to be in their half-uniforms and suitable footwear for climbing. Meet at the Meeting point by 1.30 p.m. The bus will leave by 1.45 pm sharp. Indicate below on the form below if you require lunch. Bring $3 on the day of outing to pay for the packed lunch.

Please detach the acknowledgement slip form together and deposit into the Scout CCA Box by 19 July 2012. Alternatively please email Mrs Jessica Tan (jessica_ong@nyps.edu.sg). This form should still be signed and returned on the day of outing.
