ELIZABETH BAUA Dean, School of Health Sciences St. Paul University Philippines Tuguegarao City Dear Dr. Baua: Dios Ni Kamu! The Office of the School of Health Sciences is very supportive to the needs and concerns of the students in terms of academics. With this, I would like to inform you regarding our problem in one of our subjects. We, the BS Nursing 3rd year students specifically the RLE-D group in the Skills Laboratory had a miscommunication with our Clinical Instructor concerning our schedule last July 03, 2012. The original schedule is 4:00- 6:00 in the afternoon but our C.I instructed us to have it for an hour only and it will start at 4:00 PM. According to my group mates, her instruction was, Extend up to 5pm. So the group concluded that it will start at 5:00 PM and end at 6:00 PM. I was not aware for the new schedule of our skills for I went out to develop pictures for our photo documentation. Because of this, we incurred an absence. I would like to apologize for my mistake.
