Fall Mens Bible Study Plans are underway for our Fall Mens Bible Study. Accountability groups will meet various days and times and also meet together monthly with Pastor Rocky for breakfast and Bible study. Please indicate on the bulletin tear-off sheet (check the appropriate box) if you are interested in joining a Mens group. Board Of Zoning Appeals Meeting Northside is on the agenda to attend the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting to request a variance for the believe, belong, become, feather banners. Please consider praying or attending this meeting. The meeting will be August 2 at 5:30 pm in the Council chambers at Town Hall (111 Maiden Lane, Lexington). New LIFE Group Curriculum Starts August 26! Belief Know What You and Others Believe. This is an exciting study that will help to ground you in your personal faith and learn the fundamentals of other faiths in order to help you in sharing the gospel with family, friends and co-workers in your community, workplace and other places your life takes you. If you are not a member of a LIFE Group, pick up a brochure at the Welcome Desk and join today!

Upward Flag Football Upward flag football and cheerleading registration is available at northsidebaptist.org. Please prayerfully consider what your role will be as we strive to reach our community with the gospel through sports! Volunteer and Leader Trainings are August 8th and 15th at 6pm in the Kids Worship Room. Contact Lori Ford at 803-520-5669 to volunteer! Running Together Special One Day Class: Join Pastor Rocky on Saturday, August 4, from 8:45 a.m. 12:00 p.m., in the Student Center, as he teaches the complete Running Together Northside Membership Class. If youre new to Northside or if youre a member who hasnt previously attended, this class is for you! Childcare (ages 11 and under) will be provided by reservation only. We are asking attendees to please register in advance. Registration forms handed out with the bulletin today (complete and drop off at the Information Desk) or call Mary @ 926-3029. Deadline to enroll is Sunday, July 29.

Promotion Sunday Promotion Sunday is August 26. This will be jammed packed day of family fun, but it also marks the end of our teaching year. Some of our current preschool and childrens ministry teachers will move on to serve in other areas at Northside, leaving opportunities for others to step in and use God given gifts and talents to make a difference in a childs journey of faith. If you would be willing to invest in the life of a child with a Sunday morning commitment, please contact David Ford at 803-520-5671 for Children and Lori Ford at 803-520-5669 for Preschool.

AWANA Volunteers Needed Would you help a child hide Gods Word in their heart so that they will have its truths for the rest of their lives? Operation Christmas Child Operation Christmas Child is coming early this year! We are having Christmas in July! Please join us this month to make this possible by bringing already filled boxes or by donating much needed items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, small toys, socks, underwear, t-shirts, shoes, etc. If you packed a box last year please prayerfully consider packing that same number plus one this year. Collection boxes will be in the main lobby. Lets increase the number of shoe boxes collected to over 1,000! The shoe boxes are due July 29.
