    the complaint of "conspiracies to extort" on behalf of CREATION's "Court Recombination"; one filed yesterday by a citizen of Canada and resident of Mr. Glen E.P. Kealey, Chairman of CIPI - with regards to SPCA's intention him an "Itemizing the costs in connection with the destruction (murder) (otherwise healthylLAlv.ffi) animal", a 350 pound sheep named Bobby.
