My Journey in Life

Focus on the journey not the destination. Joy is found out in finishing an activity but in doing it, these are words that I always remember from the time I opened my eyes in the morning. What is life? In laymans term, life is a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have signaling and self-sustaining processes from those that do not, either because such functions have ceased (death), or else because they lack such functions and are classified as inanimate. Life could be a new breed of species, or food to give us energy and even knowledge that will satisfy our hunger for learning can be considered life. Definition of life varies based on the personal perspective of an individual. But for me, life is all about happiness. During my childhood days, I just kept on playing. I played basketball, swimming, card games, the classic tumbang-preso and luksong-baka and many more. I will just stop when my mama told me to do so. Everyday had no difference from the previous one, played and lectthen got tired and then play again. The typical youngsters who always want to waste his time playing yet I was very happy. Highschool days was a bit of a change. Although my first 2 years was about enjoying my days with my friends and classmates, I always make sure that theres a time for performing my responsibility as a student. Junior and Senior year, I realized of doing new things and improving myself for my parents and for my own sake. I studied my lesson well for 2 years, attended seminars and even managing a school organization. With those efforts and guidance of God Almighty, I became one of the best during our batch. Again, I was happy and properly guided. After highschool, I attended PLM. I dreamed of becoming a doctor, a gynecologist to be specific but due to some factors I ended up taking Electronics Engineering. During the program, I was able to learned many things not just in academics. I learned to face my fears as an individual and was able to express my feelings, opinions and ideas in front of other people.
