    Assignment Description The Campus Ambassador (C.A) will Introduce Benchmark Six Sigma at Management Institutes in their vicinity. Organize for free student sessions in the meeting with decision making authority in the institute. Attend weekly online meetings with the C.A supervisor of Benchmark Six Sigma. Update shared spreadsheet on a regular basis. Perform other related duties and tasks incidental to the work described above.

    Desired Candidate Profile Good Presentation skills. Willingness to devote minimum 5 hours per week to visit Management Institutes.

    The incumbent shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good analytical ability and good academic record. Additionally the person should be able to understand needs of prospect and provide relevant inputs.

    Selection Procedure First round Resume shortlisting. Second round Telephonic interview of shortlisted students. Final round Personal Interview.

    Benefit to Students Fixed Compensation: Rs.10, 000 per month. Variable Compensation: Rs. 1,500 for every free student session held in the institution.
