    I am pleased to tender my resignation as a Draughtperson with Minconsult Sdn. Bhd. It has been really challenging throughout nearly 3 years of employment with this esteemed organization and I have achieved considerable working experience under the guidance of my superiors. In addition, I also wish to express my utmost gratitude for the co-operation that I have received from all my colleagues in the Mechanical Division. Notwithstanding the company policy requiring three (3) months prior notice of resignation, I seek your kind and humble consideration for a relaxation, as I am able to only give 24 hours notice due to unavoidable circumstances. My last working day shall be 2nd April 2010. Your kind assistance and support on the above is highly appreciated. Thank you.
