    The holiday season has brought more international visitors to walk the fairways of Aguilon Golf club, giving it a cosmopolitan feel. According to the members report, rounds continue at a good pace despite the heat. Les Raufer won the July 20th competition with 35 points in a playoff, while Sally Keene also scored 35 points. On July 25th, large amounts of course watering caused humidity but did not affect scoring. Les Raufer won with 39 points, Sally Keene scored 37 points, and Derrick Stephenson scored 36 points. Guests and visitors are welcome to join members on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

    AGUILON GOLF MEMBERS REPORT

    The holiday season is now upon us with many more Spanish gente from Madrid ,Seville,Granada etc walking the fairways (or buggying) and the course has a cosmopolitan feel to it. RESULTS Friday July 20-Individual Stableford Another scorching day requiring plenty of water to be invibed during the round,but it is nice to see that the rate of play is not slow even allowing for the heat. 1st Mike Hill 36pts 2nd Les Raufer 35pts on a card play off 3rd Sally Keene 35pts Twos: None today for a change Wednesday July 25-Individual Stableford The large amounts of course watering are causing extra humidity and making it feel like a sauna,but on the up side it is a good way to lose weight and it is not affecting the scoring. 1st Les Raufer 39pts 2nd Sally Keene 37pts 3rd Derrick Stephenson 36pts Twos: one lucky winner Mike Hill 10th Guests and visitors are welcome to join us on a Mon, Wed and Friday For information contact 634641199
