AGM Meeting 1. Chairmans Report: Weve held a variety of events over the last year, which include the BBQ, a trip to Jolly Rogers at Christmas, IOW Revolution during Easter and an archery session at 1st Newport. These activities show us to be an active and fun group. 2. Treasurers Report: There is 32.26 in cash in the box. However we spent 30 on the BBQ. But 7.50 was paid in for a scarf and badges. In total we have 182 in the accound, (-141 for IOW Revolution). 3. Committee Positions: Nominees for Chairman: Tim Scott Nominated by Martin Wisson, Seconded by Aidan Finch Voted in. Nominees for Secretary: Cuthbert Finch Nominated by Martin Wisson, Seconded by Aidan Finch Voted in. Nominees for Treasurer: acting Tim Scott Unable to vote due to lack of nominees. However Tim Scott remains as acting treasurer until one is found. Nominees for Network Outreach: David Caws Unable to vote for this position at this time. Nominees for Media: Graham Hammond Nominated by Martin Wisson, Seconded by Tim Scott Voted in.

Nominees for Quartermaster: Aidan Finch Nominated by Tim Scott, Seconded by Verity Goodyear Voted in. 4. Planning Meeting: Possible Scavenger Hunt, Martin to look into questions or items to find, based on a previous hunt. Discussion that we should utilise Facebook more for finding new members and to keep all updated. An email or welcome letter needs to be created to be sent out to groups detailing who we are and what we do to encourage new members to join us. Lead up to an actual even to introduce people together. Possibly Robin Hill or archery. 5. Programme: 16th July Crazy Golf at Shanklin 25th July Pioneering Evening at 1st Wootton, event to meet and get new members. 4th August Robin Hill 31st 2nd - Possible Camp, end of August
