Speaks at a moderate pace, clearly and distinctly all (100-95%) the time, but mispronounces one word. Presentation is 4 minutes long, or more than 6 minutes long. With 1 assist from the instructor, uses web tour function in Blackboard Collaborate to lead class to an instructor-approved library

Developing
The student is somewhat prepared (as noted during class discussion of the benefits of rehearsal), but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking. Speaks at a moderate pace, clearly and distinctly most (94-85%) of the time, but mispronounces two or more words. Presentation is 3 minutes long, or more than 7 minutes long.
