12-07-23 Ministry of Justice letter confirming processing of Freedom of Information Request (T-46), RE: implementation of electronic signatures in the Ministry of Justice (Eng+Heb)
The Request pertains to: a) Electronic signature of Attorney Yoram HaCohen, which was redacted from a published annual report, b) Recent electronic signature of any one Justice Department officer, and c) Manuals or instruction materials for officers of the Ministry of Justice, relative to the use of electronic signatures, pursuant to the Electronic Signature Act (2001). To this date, over a decade after the signing of the Act, no electronic signature, pursuant to the Act, could be discovered among thousands of legal Public Records of the State of Israel.
