SittiRosmiaty (D1A2 06 044), Agriculture ExtensionField Performance Level At the Center of Agriculture Extension, Fisheries and Forestry Konawe

Southern District of Konda. (Under the guidance of Sukmawati Abdullah, SP., M.Si and HartinaBatoa, SP., M.Si). This study aims to determine the level of Agricultural Extension Field Performance at Central of Agricultural ExtensionField, Fisheries and Forestry Konawe Southern District of Konda. Population of this research is the Agricultural Extension workers located on the Central of Agricultural Extension Field, Fisheries and Forestry Konawe Southern District of Konda, with nine number of counselors as sample. The observed variables in this research is the counselors performance that includes a working visit, work programs, reporting activities, discipline, education materials and extension methods. Data obtained in this study were tabulated according to the needs, and analyzedby the qualitative and descriptive.To determine high, medium, low of Agricultural Extension Field performance levels used the interval formulas (Sunyoto, 2009). The results showed that the level of performance of Agricultural Extension Field is at the high category that is equal to 88.89% or 8 respondents and counselors agriculture fieldperformance which are at high namely categoryis working visits, discipline, counseling materials and extension methods, while the moderate namely category is work programs and reporting activities.
