Welcome Dance Families! Welcome to our new dance season! This year marks our 12th year that we will be fortunate enough to share our love of dance with all of you. We are looking forward to a wonderful new year! Meet our fantastic and highly trained teachers: Ms. Sheri, Ms. Julie, Mr. Jamel, Ms. Audrianna, Ms. Amanda, Ms. Katie, Ms. Tricia, Ms. Andrea, Ms. Shelby, and Ms. Jordan. Our newsletters are full of useful information, so be sure to read it every month! FREE DANCE MONTH...Share your love of dance with your friends! During the month of September bring your friend with their completed Friends registration form and they will dance for FREE! *Completed forms must be signed by parent and received by the front desk before friends will be allowed to join your dance class. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS Forms are available at the front desk. For your convenience a form has been included with this newsletter via email.

Auto Bill If you are interested in our automatic billing program we must have a signed form on file for the current dance year. It is also very important for us to have accurate, up-to-date contact information. If your information changes or has changed please notify the front desk as soon as possible. Class Placement If your child is not happy with her or his class, we may need to look into changing the class. We want to make sure each dancer is in the appropriate class and enjoying it! Make Up Classes If you are absent please call the studio to arrange a make up time. Make up classes are optional. All missed classes must be made up within one month otherwise you will not be able to make up the class and no refunds will be offered. Communication If you need to speak to your childs teacher, please do not interrupt the teacher between or during classes. You may leave a message at the front desk and the teacher will get back with you. In addition, please do not tap on the window to gain your childs attention. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hair must be pulled back and secured off the face for all classes except Ballet. Hair is required to be in a bun or off the neck for Ballet. Studio Closures

Tuition is due and payable on or before the 1st day of each month Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will be assessed If tuition is received at the studio on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will receive a $5.00 merchandise credit. (ex. To receive the $5.00 credit for September payment must be received no later than August 31st.) These discounts are only offered on full price tuition and not given if payment can not be processed. We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due. You may pay your tuition by cash, check, or Debit/Credit Cards, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. When paying by check please include your childs full name (first and last). If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to Xtreme
